SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery estimates only include shipment time and do not include order processing time. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.



Please note: Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays are typical close to holidays. If you are experiencing shipping delays, please get in touch with the shipping courier's customer service for more information.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the fulfillment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Delivery dates are estimates; not guarantees. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Wayne Underwear does offer shipping to limited international countries with some exceptions. Wayne Underwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are due upon delivery (tariffs, taxes, duties, customs etc.).

Damages

Wayne Underwear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
